Voicemail with a visual interface: View who left you voicemails, as well as timestamps and complete control over skip and delete.
Queues: Get a complete picture of call queue activity; ideal for managers who need quick access to information about the system’s queues.
Parking: View all parked calls on the system in a visual display and select the desired one!
Call Log: The Call Log app, in addition to standard call logs, allows you to see the last 50 calls made on the system, which are persistent across reboots!
Status (Presence): View and change your status, as well as control how calls are handled based on it. The Presence option controls status options such as “Away” or “Away – At Lunch.
Contacts: To call users, search for contacts/users or groups created by the Contact Manager module.
On-demand recording enables the user to begin and stop recording at any time by pressing a phone button.
Hot Desking (Login/Logout): When you log in or out of any phone, all of your extension and user settings follow you.
Conference: View all of your conference rooms and the callers in each one. You have complete control over admitting or denying access, muting callers, and removing callers from a conference room.
