Description
After the End-of-Life date, Fanvil will no longer pursue new feature development on the Fanvil X5S High-quality IP Phone, but we will continue to provide software support for discontinued (EOL) products in accordance with industry best practices. Fanvil will continue to provide support and after-sales service in accordance with such standards.
The following are the general policy guidelines:
- Fanvil will provide technical support for hardware and software for the first year following the End of Life date. Existing bug fixes, new security fixes, and critical compatibility problem fixes are all part of software technical support.
- Â From the second to the fifth year following the End of Life, Fanvil will continue to provide necessary software technical support, including Software Critical Bug Fixes, but excluding those that cannot be fixed due to the failure of the hardware.
- Â If you need to repair or replace the hardware, please contact your local sales manager. We will provide you with the necessary hardware support services in accordance with our sales policy.
