The Avaya Conference Phone B199 enhances the conferencing experience for all meeting participants by bringing cutting-edge technologies to any size conference room. Avaya’s OmniSound® technology generates a natural sense of presence in meeting rooms, allowing participants to move freely while still being heard. When it comes to setting up and organizing your meeting, the user-friendly touchscreen interface eliminates any potential stumbling blocks. The Avaya B199 may be daisy-chained with up to three other devices and has a number of options for device administration and auto-provisioning. The Avaya® Conference Assistant App puts conference phone control at your fingertips, whether you’re on a tablet or a smartphone.
The Avaya IX Conference Phone B199 stands out because it incorporates three digital microphones (which are effective with up to 20 meeting participants). By adding two Avaya Smart Microphones, the microphone range is enhanced to 750 square feet (70 m2). Larger rooms can be up to 970 square feet (70 m2). The B199 is the conference phone you require right now in your meeting room.
