The Synway SMG3000 enables more efficient interconnection and delivery of large-scale service providers and carriers to get the most out of their networks and services. The SMG3000 is a digital converter.PSTN messages are converted to IP formats, and sessions are connected and secured across IP and mixed network boundaries & support the seamless delivery of services. In a small package, the SMG3000 connects IP and hybrid networks via telephony and E1(T1 or STM-1)/Ethernet links. Appliance with a 1U form factor. It also transforms media and signaling to support efficient and dependable voice, fax, and data transmission .Multimedia sessions are available for mobile, fixed, and cloud-based applications.

The SMG3000R’s built-in call classification/analytics is critical for high-density OBD applications such as predictive dialing. Dialer, telemarketing, and other services are available. It aids in lowering dialing costs and increasing dialing value (human and network) resources.
