The Sangoma Vega 60G BRI VoIP gateways are small appliances that connect your legacy telephony infrastructure, which is comprised of BRI lines, to IP networks. They are ideal for businesses that have legacy phone equipment (such as TDM phone systems) and want to connect to SIP trunking services without spending money to change their current network infrastructure. Vega 60G BRI VoIP gateways are also excellent for businesses that are already VoIP-enabled at the core (via an IP-PBX) but require PSTN connectivity and a SIP-to-TDM converter. Simply place the gateway at the network’s edge, plug in your existing internet cable for VoIP connectivity and BRI cables from your phone system, and let the Vega 60G BRI VoIP gateway handle SIP signaling and voice media conversion for seamless voice and T.38 fax integration.
