This IP PBX series enables businesses to consolidate multiple communication technologies, including voice, video calling, video conferencing, video surveillance, data tools, mobility options, and facility access management, onto a single network that can be managed and/or accessed remotely. The secure and dependable UCM6200 series provides enterprise-grade features with no licensing fees, per-feature costs, or recurring fees. The UCM6200 series will be built on the same industry-leading platform that we designed for the UCM6100 series, which is being enhanced month after month with new features and functionalities. Are you looking for a more potent upgrade? We redesigned our 8 FXO port model, the UCM6208, to support more users and concurrent calls, as it can support up to 800 users and 100 concurrent calls.

  • 2/4/8 PSTN trunk FXO ports, 2 analog telephone FXS ports with lifeline capability, and up to 50 SIP trunk accounts are integrated.
  • Gigabit network ports with PoE, USB, and SD card support.
  • Allows for up to a 5-level IVR (Interactive Voice Response).
  • Integrated call recording server; recordings are accessible via the web user interface.
  • Call Detail Records (CDR) are built-in for tracking phone usage by line, date, and so on.
  • To efficiently handle incoming calls, it supports multi-language auto-attendant and call queues.
  • The highest level of security is provided by SRTP, TLS, and HTTPS encryption.
  • Any SIP video endpoint that uses the H.264, H.263, or H.263+ codecs are supported.
