There are five programmable line keys on the IP Phone 8865. You can program keys to support multiple directory numbers or call features like a speed dial. Using the multi-call-per-line feature, you can also increase productivity by handling multiple calls for each directory number. Fixed-function keys provide one-touch access to applications, messaging, the directory, and frequently used calling features such as hold/resume, transfer, and conference. A five-way navigation cluster makes it easier to navigate menus. Backlit acoustic keys allow for audio path selection and switching. You could then have a conversation with a colleague who is listening in. When you’re at your desk, this capability gives you more flexibility and a better user experience. The 8865 includes two USB ports as standard, allowing you to charge your personal mobile devices while at your desk and stay connected while away from your desk.
