A high-end, six-line, mid-range IP phone with a colour display created for small to medium-sized enterprises is the Polycom VVX 350 OBi edition business IP desk phone. It is perfect for knowledge workers and contact centre operators whose jobs require constant connectivity while handling a moderate to high number of calls. All common SIP-based IP PBX and ITSPs/VSPs are supported. regardless of size, flexible in all service provider and business deployment contexts BroadSoft, FreePBX, Asterisk, Elastic, Metaswitch, and FreeSwitch are a few notable Softswitch architectures that are seamlessly integrated. Cloud administration is also made possible by PDMS-SP, which has a user portal as well as an ITSP partner site and an optional REST API. Business IP phones with a full-duplex speakerphone, such as the OBi Edition, support Polycom HD Voice technology. An extremely customisable user interface is available on the colour active-matrix TFT LCD display of the VVX 350. The phones also offer a number of completely programmable soft keys, line keys, and feature keys with pre-assigned functions and labels in addition to the dial pad.
