One of the Huawei S6720 series switches is the Huawei S6720-30C-EI-24S-AC. For Internet Data Centers (IDCs) and big traditional data centers, the S6720 series provides high-availability, scalable 10 Gbit/s server access. The S6720-EI Series Switches also have the option of adding a 4 x 40 GE QSFP+ interface card, giving them a lot of flexibility: they can be used as a core or aggregation switch in enterprise campus networks, or to provide access to high-bandwidth server-based applications.

The S6720-EI line of high-performance Fixed Switches from Huawei offers a wide range of services, as well as extensive security control rules and numerous QoS functionalities. Huawei S6720-EISwitches can be used to access servers in data centers or as campus network core switches. They are at the top of the list of such gadgets in the business due to their advantages. 10G network cards should be utilized to ensure enough bandwidth for multiple servers, especially in data centers. The S6720-EI fixed switch, with high-performance 10GE ports, is appropriate for such centers. The Huawei S6720-EI features a high switching capacity and a high density of all 10 GE ports. Up to 6 line-speed, QSFP + ports, and 48 10GE ports are available on each S6720-EI switch. The S6720-EI ports can identify types of optical modules and support 1 GE and 10 GE access, maximizing return on investment and allowing users to deploy services more flexibly. When data center traffic is high, the S6720-EI enables non-blocking transmission thanks to its enormous buffer capacity and intelligent buffer planning system.

The Huawei S6720-EI switch has a number of security features to protect against DoS attacks, as well as attacks on networks and individual users. SYN Flood, Land, Smurf, and ICMP Flood attacks are examples of DoS attacks. BPDU STP/ root assaults are referred to as network attacks. Huawei DHCP, which creates user-defined entries based on access interfaces, MAC addresses, IP addresses, IP address leases, and VLAN IDs, is supported by the Huawei S6720-EI. Packets that do not match any binding entries, such as ARP or IP impersonation packets, are rejected by DHCP tracking. This prohibits hackers from launching attacks on campus networks via ARP packets.
