The GBX20 is an Extension Module for Grandstream’s GRP2615 Carrier-Grade IP Phone and GXV3350 IP Video Phone that adds functionality, versatility, and flexibility. It has a 272×480 LCD display and can support up to 40 contacts per module, with a total of 160 contacts when four modules are used. The GBX20 supports a variety of advanced call features such as BLF, call park/pick-up, speed-dial, presence, intercom, voice conferencing transfer/forward, and much more. The GBX20 is an ideal solution for businesses and receptionists dealing with high call volumes because it efficiently monitors and dispatches incoming calls.
The GBX20 is a backlit LCD extension module that is compatible with the GXV3350 and GRP2615. The module includes 20 dual-colored extension keys as well as two arrow keys for page switching (each GBX20 can support up to 40 contacts/extensions). Connect up to four GBX20 modules to Grandstream phones that support them for a total of 160 contacts/extensions.
