Requirements of VOIP Support Engineer :
  • Good knowledge of VoIP and SIP
  • Knowledge of Linux OS (CentOS/RedHat)
  • Familiarity with any one open-source VoIP solutions like Freeswitch, Asterisk, OpenSIPS, Kamailio
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting issues using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.
  • Well-informed of tools like SIPP, Fail2ban & IPtables
  • Proper understanding of Networking concepts
  • Possess good troubleshooting skills
  • Acquaintance with MySQL Database
  • Experience & knowledge of Database Replication & Heartbeat configuration
  • Excellent communication skills & Problem-solving attitude
  • Good experience in Client Support
  • Ready to work in Shifts
