Responsibilities of Product Analyst :
- Assess the company’s products and compare them against industry trends
- Develop the knowledge of products to meet the company’s current and future needs
- Provide support with product and rating reviews
- Develop and supervise small to medium-scale projects
- Analyze metrics to improve the products
- Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals concerning product growth
- Co-operate with other departments to enhance the analysis and presentation of products
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high-level accuracy
Requirements
- University degree of BE/B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA (with MBA Preferred)
- Experience in product analysis for any VoIP Products
- Experience in Telecom Domain is essential
- Expertise in at least one OSS, BSS, or CRM Products
- Strong communication skills
- Deliver performance under pressure and adapt to change
- The aptitude to balance customer needs against the company’s vision
- Excellent time management skills
