Product Analyst
Responsibilities of Product Analyst :
Assess the company’s products and compare them against industry trends
Develop the knowledge of products to meet the company’s current and future needs
Provide support with product and rating reviews
Develop and supervise small to medium-scale projects
Analyze metrics to improve the products
Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals concerning product growth
Co-operate with other departments to enhance the analysis and presentation of products
Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high-level accuracy
Requirements
University degree of BE/B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA (with MBA Preferred)
Experience in product analysis for any VoIP Products
Experience in Telecom Domain is essential
Expertise in at least one OSS, BSS, or CRM Products
Strong communication skills
Deliver performance under pressure and adapt to change
The aptitude to balance customer needs against the company’s vision
Excellent time management skills
