Responsibilities of Business Development Executive :
- Play the “hunter” role for sales
- Lead Generation, Customer Nurturing, Client Relationship, and Co-ordination with the Reporting Manager
- Lead generation through Cold-Calling
- Perform to pitch in customers at different stages of cold-calling
- Foster the contacts from the database with regular follow-ups and build their interest to generate opportunities for new business
- Execute outbound campaigns
- Refine the given data to improve its quality of it as per the need of the campaign
- Sell technology solutions and IT products to potential customers
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and fix a direct meeting with clients, leading to an increase in sales
Requirements
- Strong exploration and strategic analysis skills
- High proficiency in working with Microsoft Office
- Good Communication Skills (Written and Oral)
- Ability to understand the dialect of a client over the phone
- Good hold over English as the primary language
- Acquaintance with spreadsheet and CRM software
- Flexible to adapt work hours and timings
