Responsibilities of Business Development Executive (Inbound Sales) :
- Develop an all-encompassing knowledge of the company’s varied product line
- Actively handle the company’s Chat portal
- Assist people or businesses in selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their individual needs
- Respond to customer inquiries with compassion, active listening, and select the best solution in an efficient manner
- Identify the additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade their products or services
- Confirm the understanding of the customer about the solution and provide additional education as needed
- Provide a positive customer experience by handling a high count of chats
- Listen attentively to customer needs, and concerns and further, provide a clear response and product information
- Execute outbound campaigns
- Improve the given data to improve the quality of it as per the need of the campaign
- Sell technology solutions and IT products
- Recognize opportunities for campaigns, services, and fix a direct meeting with clients, leading to an escalation in sales
