Responsibilities of  Business Development Executive (Inbound Sales) :
  • Develop an all-encompassing knowledge of the company’s varied product line
  • Actively handle the company’s Chat portal
  • Assist people or businesses in selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their individual needs
  • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion, active listening, and select the best solution in an efficient manner
  • Identify the additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade their products or services
  • Confirm the understanding of the customer about the solution and provide additional education as needed
  • Provide a positive customer experience by handling a high count of chats
  • Listen attentively to customer needs, and concerns and further, provide a clear response and product information
  • Execute outbound campaigns
  • Improve the given data to improve the quality of it as per the need of the campaign
  • Sell technology solutions and IT products
  • Recognize opportunities for campaigns, services, and fix a direct meeting with clients, leading to an escalation in sales
