Business Development Executive (Inbound Sales)
Responsibilities of Business Development Executive (Inbound Sales) :
Develop an all-encompassing knowledge of the company’s varied product line
Actively handle the company’s Chat portal
Assist people or businesses in selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their individual needs
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion, active listening, and select the best solution in an efficient manner
Identify the additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade their products or services
Confirm the understanding of the customer about the solution and provide additional education as needed
Provide a positive customer experience by handling a high count of chats
Listen attentively to customer needs, and concerns and further, provide a clear response and product information
Execute outbound campaigns
Improve the given data to improve the quality of it as per the need of the campaign
Sell technology solutions and IT products
Recognize opportunities for campaigns, services, and fix a direct meeting with clients, leading to an escalation in sales
