VOIP Support Engineer (Level III)
Requirements of VOIP Support Engineer :
Good knowledge of VoIP and SIP
Knowledge of Linux OS (CentOS/RedHat)
Familiarity with any one open-source VoIP solutions like Freeswitch, Asterisk, OpenSIPS, Kamailio
Proficiency in troubleshooting issues using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.
Well-informed of tools like SIPP, Fail2ban & IPtables
Proper understanding of Networking concepts
Possess good troubleshooting skills
Acquaintance with MySQL Database
Experience & knowledge of Database Replication & Heartbeat configuration
Excellent communication skills & Problem-solving attitude
Good experience in Client Support
Ready to work in Shifts
