Job Skills of VOIP Support Engineer :
Good knowledge of VoIP and SIP.
Good knowledge of Linux OS (CentOS/Redhat).
Working knowledge in any open-source VoIP solutions like Freeswitch, Asterisk, OpenSIPS, and Kamailio.
Good experience in troubleshooting issues using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.
Good knowledge of tools like Sipp, fail2ban & IPtables.
Should have a proper understanding of Networking concepts
Should have good troubleshooting skills.
Good knowledge of Mysql Database.
Experience & knowledge of Database Replication & Heartbeat configuration will add an advantage.
Excellent communication skills & Problem-solving attitude
Good experience in Client Support
Able to add Shift
